If you are looking for a great way to get fit, meet new people, and have fun, squash or racquetball could be the sport for you. To get started all you need is a ball, a racket, and a wall (or four!) Your local squash centre can provide all of these for you.
South Australian Masters Squash Association (SAMS) is a not for profit organisation founded to provide recreational sport for participants over 30 years of age in a friendly, competitive environment.

Squash Logic Melton is an eight court complex in Melton, Victoria offering squash and racquetball activities, along with a pro-shop and professional racquet re-stringing service.
Courts can be booked on a casual or permanent basis with discounts offered to members and all equipment provided. A range of competitions are conducted including in-house and inter-club (home and away) for men, women and juniors.
The aim of WA Squash is to grow the sport in Western Australia in recognition that Squash is a fun, healthy, convenient and challenging activity that offers significant potential for personal and community development.
