Running Club
The South Australian Road Runners Club Inc (SARRC) exists to promote and encourage recreational running and walking in South Australia. SARRC is the largest running club in South Australia. It was originally established in 1979 for people interested in running the Marathon. The Adelaide Marathon is still our flagship event and is going strong in its 30th year.
To provide running coaching to recreational runners of all ages and abilities, by providing a goal based approach to personal achievement.
The Adelaide Running Crew is a social running group aimed at helping members achieve their running goals. We do this through group training sessions conducted in a supportive atmosphere. All members of our group have different running goals and abilities – from purely social runners right through to those training for half and full marathons.
QUEENSLAND RUNNING is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation which offers low cost cross country running opportunities in the Brisbane area for both serious athletes and casual activity seekers of all ages and abilities.
We’re a group of runners and walkers who get together every Wednesday in different locations around Darwin and Palmerston to enjoy the sport of distance running. Distance each week are based on 2 and 5km with additional distances up to 10km. See our website for club history and calendar.
Achilles aims to enable people from all walks of life, including those with physical impairments, to enjoy the health giving benefits of walking and running in a supportive, social and encouraging environment. In so doing it hopes to promote personal achievement, to enhance self-esteem and to lower barriers between people.
