ADFAS Armidale provides for its members a yearly program of nine illustrated lectures given by overseas and Australian lecturers chosen for their communication skills and expert knowledge in their fields. Occasional half day sessions are also held when topics can be examined in more detail.
The Art Deco Society of NSW was established to: * Provide specialist information about the many facets of the Art Deco period in Australia (1915-1950) * Enjoy social gatherings at Sydney and NSW’s many beautiful Art Deco sites. * Preserve the artistic and architectural heritage of Art Deco in NSW * Collate an information resource on the early history of Art Deco in NSW. * Actively promote the protection of public buildings. * Attend lectures, walks, and film screenings.
Blackheath Art Society is a dynamic group of Blue Mountains artists who paint, draw and print in our unique purpose-built Studio. Each week we meet in our different groups to work in the south light-filled space of the Studio.

Goulburn and District Art Society started its life in 1956 as the Goulburn Art Club. Its mission was and still is “to foster art and culture in the Goulburn district”.

First formed in Newcastle over thirty years ago, the Newcastle Creative Embroiderers and Textile Artists have been bringing together dynamic textile artists of all skill levels to share, learn and exhibit.
We are a club that wants to encourage and develop amongst its members, the craft of pottery and ceramic art. We also aim to arrange exhibitions, lectures, and demonstrations to bring pottery and ceramic art before the public.
Our group membership is one of great friendship and provides a welcoming atmosphere. We always support a project and work well together. We have an annual exhibition for which we plan and organize work well in advance.
We were founded in 1906 when a group of six crafts people gathered for afternoon tea and a discussion on the future of arts and crafts in Australia, the initial subscription was one shilling and a fine of sixpence was imposed on members who failed to exhibit work.
