also included in your $15 per weekly membership is the downstairs RIPPT room. Cardio Weights training that is open All Day (6am-12pm) & (3pm-8pm). we use battling ropes, Tyres, Balls, Bars, Dumbells, Aqua Bags, Power cages and loads more of innovative equipment.
